I just had to share this with everyone! Did you know
apples provide an energy boost equivalent to that of coffee? I just
can't believe it. As someone who hates coffee, this is the perfect
substitute. I find it hard when I'm feeling tired especially at university and
everyone is having a coffee to give them a boost. I've been trying to stay away
from drinks like Boost and Red Bull as it contains so much glucose, which can
cause obesity and diabetes. Apparently, your body turns the natural sugars in apples
into energy and the best thing is you don't get the side effects of an energy
crash like from drinking coffee and it can also be part of your 5 a day.
